Gus Nodwell is a technology leader, strategist, and co-founder of IntegraShare. With a background spanning business analysis, project management, and large-scale system design, he has spent his career helping organizations solve complex operational challenges.
He has worked across North America, Europe, Asia, Africa, and Australasia, supporting industries that include energy, engineering, finance, telecommunications, government, and technology. His experience includes leading the design and implementation of information management systems for major global initiatives, including the Pearl GTL project in Qatar.
Gus brings a deep understanding of how businesses operate and where they struggle, particularly when it comes to managing complex data and processes. Today, he focuses on designing software solutions that help organizations gain clarity, improve coordination, and respond effectively in high stakes environments.

Ellen West Nodwell is a co-founder of IntegraShare and a certified GIS Professional with decades of experience in geospatial technology, data management, and systems architecture.
Her career spans global roles across energy, government, and technology organizations, where she has led the design and management of large-scale data and information systems. She has deep expertise in geospatial platforms, data integration, and visualization, as well as the underlying infrastructure that supports modern software environments.
At IntegraShare, Ellen oversees the company’s cloud environment and brings a practical, hands-on approach to solving complex data challenges. She is known for her ability to bring structure to complexity and design systems that are both scalable and effective.
